Dissemination of Research Results, Dr Dwijoko Introduces Artificial Intelligence-Based Learning
Yogyakarta (16/8) – The Research and Innovation Institute (LPPI) of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) continues to encourage the development of research and innovation through various research clusters. One of its flagship clusters, the Advanced Materials, Health, Smart Energy, and Smart Systems Cluster, recently held a research dissemination event on the topic of applying artificial intelligence in learning. The event invited government officials and teachers from Yogyakarta and Central Java provinces.
Dr Ir Dwijoko Purbohadi, M.T., one of the researchers under this cluster, introduced his research that focuses on artificial intelligence in education. He was pleased and proud that his research has received serious attention and is considered important to be applied widely. This activity aims to introduce the importance of utilising artificial intelligence in improving the effectiveness of learning in schools.
Cluster Head, Slamet Riyadi, Ir., S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., appreciated this activity and hoped that dissemination activities like this could be carried out throughout the UMY research cluster.
In the event, which was attended by more than 100 teachers from various schools in Yogyakarta and Central Java, the participants hoped that the application of artificial intelligence could help improve the quality of teaching and learning activities, as well as increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in the future.
