Prof. Dr. Dyah Mutiarin, the New Chairperson of Kapsipi: A New Hope for Government Science in Indonesia
Kalimantan, August 31 – September 1, 2024 – The 4th Congress of the Indonesian Association of Government Science Study Programs (Kapsipi) and the Indonesian Association of Government Science Lecturers (ADIPSI) was successfully held at Mulawarman University, Kalimantan. This two-day congress was attended by all members of Kapsipi and ADIPSI from various regions in Indonesia.
During the event, Prof. Dr. Dyah Mutiarin, S.IP., M.Si was elected as the new chairperson of Kapsipi. Prof. Dyah, who is the youngest professor at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, accepted this new responsibility with great enthusiasm.
“My leadership marks the beginning of new opportunities for Kapsipi to grow further. I hope we can work together to advance the field of government science in Indonesia and strengthen broader academic networks,” said Prof. Dr. Dyah Mutiarin in her speech after being elected.
The election of Prof. Dyah as the chairperson of Kapsipi brings great hope for the advancement of the association. Congress participants warmly welcomed her leadership and expressed their eagerness to collaborate in realizing the new vision she has presented.
Furthermore, the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Muhammadiyah Luwuk Banggai, Dr. Kisman Karinda, M.Si., also extended his congratulations on Prof. Dr. Dyah Mutiarin’s election as the Chairperson of Kapsipi.
Moreover, this 4th Congress was not only an occasion for electing new leadership but also a forum for academics to discuss, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaboration among government science study programs across Indonesia. Under the new leadership of Prof. Dr. Dyah Mutiarin, Kapsipi is expected to continue innovating and making significant contributions to the development of government science in the country (TN).
