Yogyakarta, November 29, 2024 – The Advanced and Functional Materials Laboratory of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) received a visit from Dr. Eng. Rahmita Sari Rafdinal, a representative of PS Construction Co. Ltd. Japan, on Friday, November 29, 2024. This visit is vital to exploring cooperation in sustainable, innovative materials research.

During the visit, Dr. Eng. Rahmita Sari Rafdinal discussed with the laboratory team led by Dr. Ir. Harini Sosiati, M.Eng., and Dr. Eng. Ir. Pinta Astuti, S.T., M.Eng., as Head of the Research Resources Division of the UMY Research and Innovation Institute. The focus of the discussion included the development of advanced material technology to support modern construction that is environmentally friendly and highly efficient.

This visit is expected to open up international collaboration opportunities that significantly impact the development of superior research at UMY.
